The London office of this highly respected International Law Firm, is currently recruiting for a Head of Finance Business Partnering (EMEA)
.As well as the relevant skills and experience, they're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.

The Team
Over the last 24 months, there has been a major strengthening in the commercial finance capability within the Firm.

As part of this journey, the next phase seeks to build on these strong foundations and further embed the Finance Business Partner team asstrategic business advisors which are in high demand across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience Required

Had significant experience working in UK based international law firms in senior commercial finance roles, although other relevant professional services experience will be considered.
FP&A, Business Partnering and Strategic Commercial Insight
With your deep professional services knowledge, you will be able to bring thought leadership to help further advance commercial finance capabilities
You will have run commercial finance teams and, as a strong leader, be comfortable in demonstrating how you have developed and motivated your team, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork and inclusion.
Your ability to form strong working relationships, even with remote colleagues, has helped you effectively prioritise deliverables, set timetables and keep to them.
Excellent soft skills and gravitas are a given.
Your extensive business partnering experience of senior stakeholders (internal and client facing) means you know how to bring the numbers to life, using thoughtful and innovative approaches to support decision makers and other professionals on client financialissues, all whilst employing a high degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism.
Being both degree qualified and holding an accountancy qualification evidences your hardworking nature and ambition to grow professionally
