The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire.


While previous experience with children or vulnerable adults is desirable, a genuine passion for working in the education sector is essential.


As a Teaching Assistant in this Specialist School, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Autism in developing essential Life Skills.


Working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will provide tailored assistance to help students achieve their personal and educational goals.


The school offers a stable routine from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, fostering a nurturing environment for both students and staff.


This permanent role provides a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1, offering a competitive pay rate of £95 - £100 per day.
