**Receptionist

• Maternity Cover**We have a new exciting, opportunity for an experience dental receptionist to join our friendly, private practice in Wimborne to cover maternity leave.

Corn Market Dental Practice is situated in the centre of the pretty town of Wimborne Minster, Dorset in a tranquil setting.

We have a highly skilled team who provides bespoke Cosmetic, Restorative and Preventative Dental treatments.


Start Date
1st June 2023


Contract Length
10 Months (with potential to become a permanent position in relation to practice growth)


Hours & Salary
To be discussed at interview stage.


Key responsibilities & duties:

• Answering patient calls and dealing with enquires
• Registering new patients and adding them to the clinical system
• Taking payments
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Production of patient letters
• Dealing with incoming correspondence
• Any other duties delegated by the manager

Work experience and skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Dental experience is preferred, but not essential
• Experience of Software of Excellence preferred
• IT proficient
