Senior Marketing Manager

£95,000 + Car Allowance

Bradford (1 day every 2/3 weeks)

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for an existing customer's marketing plan for their Credit Cards. You will be managing and optimising their customer marketing budget and driving to get the best returns.

  • You will own supplier management of Key ECM ensuring they are effectively managed as well as inspire and lead a team of 6 with the possibility to grow the team further to
  • In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the wider business.
  • Champion the test and learn approach to exciting customer engagement and using the best techniques to maximise response rate.
  • Build the necessary infrastructure and capability which focuses on the automation of activity, reduction in manual intervention, and improves customer personalization.

Skills Required:

In this role, you will require strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting experience.

  • Experience in budget management.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members and have strong leadership qualities to lead a skilled team.
  • Have indepth knowledge of marketing channels and experience using different marketing channels.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience of leading commercial negotiations with third parties
  • Previous experience in delivering customer engagement, driving crosssell and balancing growth through multiple marketing channels.
  • Experience in using segmentation and data to deliver enhanced customer marketing programs.
  • Understanding CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Professional marketing, CIM or IDM qualification preferred.
