Do you have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail? Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can build upon your previous administration experience? Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an organised individual, to work with our client, a renowned London-based pharmaceutical company.

This role is to start immediately and is a part-time, permanent position scheduled for Monday to Wednesday every week with the benefit of hybrid working.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage endtoend order processing, including order verification, delivery confirmation, and shipment tracking.
  • Monitor and address potential order delays promptly, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Execute various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Play a key role in reconciliation efforts, contributing to accurate financial records.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support seamless operations.

Customer Service Manager Skills:


  • Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Possess a high level of confidence in professional interactions.
  • Proactively, displaying enthusiasm and collaboration as a valued team member.
