Description

We are looking for someone who has worked with a technical product and has excellent customer service skills, with experience of upselling/cross selling.

Up to £30,000 plus bonuses and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Develop a relationship with each of your customers and position yourself as a trusted advisor and sell the appropriate service products within our range
Renew all your contract and warranty customers by engaging in conversation to understand how their needs
Seek to recover lost business from prior year well in advance of their normal renewable date
Develop a solid understanding of products
Generate quotations
Ensure that the Service Management software systems are maintained with the correct customer information
Carry out general administrative duties as required

Skills/Experience

Experience working with a technical product, providing customer service to clients
Self starter
IT literate
Strong communication skills
Team player
Able to prioritise
