Internal Sales Executive - High Wycombe, United Kingdom - Bucks and Berks Recruitment
Description
We are looking for someone who has worked with a technical product and has excellent customer service skills, with experience of upselling/cross selling.
Up to £30,000 plus bonuses and excellent benefits.Responsibilities:
- Develop a relationship with each of your customers and position yourself as a trusted advisor and sell the appropriate service products within our range
- Renew all your contract and warranty customers by engaging in conversation to understand how their needs
- Seek to recover lost business from prior year well in advance of their normal renewable date
- Develop a solid understanding of products
- Generate quotations
- Ensure that the Service Management software systems are maintained with the correct customer information
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
Skills/Experience
- Experience working with a technical product, providing customer service to clients
- Self starter
- IT literate
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Able to prioritise
