Surveying & Estimating Administrator (Full time, Permanent)

Location: 5 Standhill Industrial Park, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH48 2XJ
(will shortly move to Houstoun Industrial Estate, Livingston within the next 3 months)

Reporting to:
Surveying Manager

Salary:
£24,960 to £28,000 depending on experience

Taylor Roofs are a seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Roof Surveying and Estimating team.

You will have proven experience in an administration and telephony role and be experienced in providing great customer service. You will have the ability to work to a tight timeframe to meet our customer service expectations and standards.

Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.

Experience of working with Big Change Software is desirable.

Responsibilities
Processing quotes to customers using Big Change software, correctly identifying the roofing problems identified and providing a report

Communicating with customers

Communicating with Surveyors and Surveying Manager

Updating estimating templates

Developing a good technical knowledge and understanding of roofing, and the estimating processes

Providing administration and telephony support to the Surveying and Estimating team
