Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Well-Being Champion.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and improving the overall well-being of our community through various initiatives and programs.


Locations:

Peckham, Peckham Rye & Nunhead Children & Family Centres

Camberwell & Dulwich Wood Family Hub


What we are looking for?

  • To deliver an enhanced and targeted support offer for parents and carers of children aged 02 to promote positive perinatal mental health & parentinfant relationships,
  • To support access to and improve accessibility of services in particular for seldom seen communities.
  • To work in collaboration with the Healthy Minds Thrive team, to improve access to services supporting perinatal mental health and infant relationships.
  • To be part of a Family Services team that delivers universal and targeted activities to improve outcomes for children and their families.
  • To take a collaborative approach to multiagency partnerships so that children and family's needs are met in a holistic way.
  • To lead on group sessions for children and families including outside of ordinary working hours from family Hubs and a range of community venues.
  • To promote and facilitate access to the Family Hubs programme engaging parents focussing and their children with appropriate activities to meet their needs, particularly those identified as in need of additional support

Pay:
£33,309.00-£33,717.00 per year
