Top line info is below (I do of course have a more detailed spec)

  • Manage resourcing of projects ensuring the right people are on the right events
  • Financial responsibility for your team's budgets and costings
  • Process driven with a strong eye on streamlining and updating processes to ensure the business is fluid and productivity is high
  • Full line management of Project Directors (3 pax) and dotted lines to junior members of the team
  • The role reports into the Operations Director but you'll also work closely with the MD
Your team will deliver summits, exhibition presence, conferences, forums and symposia across EMEA for tech based clients and household brands and they need your operational wizardry to keep everything in order

Now, this business LOVES to collaborate and they enjoy each others company.

As such, all of their roles are office based and you will happily come in everyday to a lovely part of SW London.
