An unique opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Yachts Marketing team
At Travelopia Yachts, we plan and deliver excellent yacht charters across the world.


We have an abiding passion for sailing, taking yachting holidays to the next level across the most spectacular destinations worldwide which keeps our customers coming back again and again From independent sailing holidays to fully catered crewed and power yacht charters we offer our customers a range of product options, and most importantly an unforgettable experience.


Reporting to the UK, Australia and South Africa Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for The Moorings & Sunsail charter brands across our digital and offline platforms, supporting in the success of our acquisition, engagement and conversion targets in UK, South Africa and Australia markets.


What you will be doing:


  • Collaborate closely with our UK, AU, ZA Marketing Manager
  • Maintain relationships with agencies, tourist boards and partners
  • Liaise with creative team on print/digital activity/assets providing detailed briefs
  • Planning, creating and maintaining editorial content for the websites
  • Work closely with the CRM team to support with any upcoming activity, and find new audience segmentation/personalisation opportunities
  • Work with digital marketing executives on idea generation for organic social
  • Leverage social media platforms to interact with customers and address any issues they may have
  • Plan and deliver customer events, such as Southampton Boat Show
  • Utilise BI Dashboard and Google Analytics to steer the content focus across activity and channels
  • Understand the UK market personas and trading cycle

What we are looking for:


  • Demonstrated Marketing Executive expertise within the sailing or travel sector
  • Strong familiarity with social media business tools and management of organic social media channels
  • Good understanding of data analysis and consumer insights
  • Experience of working with a customer database to develop segmentation and direct marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, proactive, cando individual who brings energy to the team and very strong collaborator
  • A passion for exploring new destinations and the capacity to visit featured locations, coupled with the skills to coordinate and participate in diverse Boat Shows and Events
