Do you have hands on experience in pharmaceutical formulation?

Would you like the opportunity to work for a leading pharmaceutical organisation in the Cambridge area?


My client is an established and successful analytical organisation, providing contract analytical services and chemistry consultancy to a range of Pharmaceutical clients.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Formulation Scientist to jointheir cGMP Laboratory.

As a Formulation Scientist you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting formulation and process development for oral inhaled and nasal drugs
  • Providing full analytical testing to support pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products in accordance with cGMP
  • Performing quantitative measurements of compounds in a variety of formulations to support product development, batch certification and stability testing
To be considered for the Formulation Scientist role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • BSc in Chemistry or equivalent
  • Analytical knowledge/experience in techniques such as HPLC
  • Knowledge of formulation and product development of various dosage forms
  • Good IT literacy skills
  • Strong organisation and communication skills along with ability to problemsolve.
