hrs - MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION




SALARY:
£10.00 PER HOUR - WEEKLY PAY

THE JOB:
We have a new position to join an established company in Basildon. You will perform routine and specific production duties to include finished goods assembly & test and ensures compliance to packaging specifications and has excellent prospects working ina small team for a reputable company locally


Main Duties:


  • Assembly of components, subassemblies of production and / or development products according to set procedures.
  • Inspection & testing of products including operation of automatic test equipment as necessary.
  • Responsibility of selfinspection thereby requiring high level of accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ensure assembled components meet the criteria of the work instructions / visual aids.
  • Ensures that safe working practices are followed and contributes ideas to simplification and standardization of the workplace.
  • To follow work instructions as needed.
  • To maintain a clean area and performs general housekeeping.

No weekend work and weekly pay

Skills/qualifications

  • Proactive and innovative.
  • To work effectively on your own and as part of a team, with a positive 'cando' attitude.
  • The ability to prioritise workload.
  • The ability to work well and accurately in a timeconstrained and pressured environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
