Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

Our client based in Huntingdon pride themselves on being market leaders in their field and are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
The purpose of this job is to be a proactive focal point for coordination and support to teams and clients to ensure the effective delivery of projects on customer sites, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, project progress and company profitability.
Skills Required:
- Construction industry knowledge (desirable not essential)
- Strong IT skills including the use of MS office suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication, verbal & written
Main Duties:
- Supporting the management and teams to deliver excellent timely services to customers
- Scheduling on site activities, provision of materials and logistics support
- Communicating with customers providing project support and progress at all times
- Researching and ordering materials
- Agreeing materials and scheduling deliveries to site
