Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Internal Recruiter:

  • Assist in the line management for the Recruitment & HR team based at the head office in Eton
  • Monitor KPI & SLA performance across the services, identifying areas of improvement and feeding this back to hiring managers
  • Continually promote and embed a consistent approach to recruitment & onboarding processes
  • Help manage the ATS system and usage across the services and hiring managers
  • Find the best talent for roles using Linkedin, CV search databases, social media and headhunting activities
  • Create and advertise jobs on the ATS
  • Allocating resources for services with telephone interviews and onboarding support
  • Attend weekly recruitment meetings with hiring managers and the CEO
  • Prepare and analyse reports on recruitment performance, address shortfalls and how to remedy them
  • Review and recommend improvements to our recruitment processes

Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment from a recruitment agency background or as an internal recruiter (experience in care recruitment is not essential)
  • ATS Management
  • Handson recruitment approach
  • Tech savvy and competent use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & ideally Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record in increasing employee headcount and retention
