Field Technical Support Engineer

The company is a wellknown manufacturer of industrial sensors and an industry leader.

The Role:
Field Technical Support Engineer

Home based role visiting customers where necessary in order to provide technical support.
You will be working helping to set up sensors and program PLC's.
Supporting the sales team on high end projects.
Some site based work from time to time.
This person needs to be able to juggle lots of tasks and work in a hybrid role where they will become a technical expert on the products.

- £40k-£47k (Neg), Bonus, Pension, Mobile, Laptop, 33 days holidays.

The Ideal Person:
Field Technical Support Engineer

Exceptional knowledge of industrial automation.
Electronic Engineering background.
Previous experience as a PLC Programmer or Automation Engineer.
Ideally comfortable using CODESYS.
A genuine interest in IOT.
Conversant with SQL, C++ and then be able to relate that to an ERP system.
