Responsibilities:

⦁ Providing Excellent Customer Service.

⦁ Respond to queries from customers.

⦁ Ring up purchases and process payments.

⦁ Provide clients with recommendations for products and services based on their choices, needs, and financial status.

⦁ Raise sales targets and exceed the target by improving customer satisfaction.

⦁ Be mindful of the needs of the customers.

⦁ Create an enjoyable environment for your coworkers.


Key Skills and Experience:


  • Customer Service experience.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Great problemsolving and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.

We're currently looking for applicants who can work a minimum of 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


Salary:
£20,547.00-£21,558.00 per year
