About the role:

Ark St Alban's Academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal to its senior leadership team.

The intention is to increase our capacity to provide the rigorous and thoughtful leadership required to build a truly exceptional school.

You will have strategic oversight of operations, finance, resources (including human resources), information technology, administration and estates management. You will co-ordinate our ways of working with trust-wide teams which provide ongoing support and challenge.

Our senior leaders think and act in accordance with a commitment to collaboration and collective responsibility.

You will therefore be able to contribute to the strategic and operational leadership of many areas beyond your immediate remit.

In this role, you will have both the opportunity to learn and to develop your understanding of school leadership, as well as having the opportunity to have a significant impact on the future of the school.
