Experience in an administration role is essential
As the System Administrator reporting to the UK Group SHEQ Manager, your role could include:

  • Maintenance of the incident event database and create associated monthly reports
  • Facilitation of the Supplier Approval process and create associated reports
  • Maintenance of the Group briefing records
  • Maintenance of the Worksite and Depot Inspection Records
  • Maintenance of the Group Waste records and create associated reports
  • Maintenance of the Depot Carbon Footprint database
  • Maintenance of the internal and external audit records
  • Maintenance of the External Auditor purchase orders / contracts
  • Maintenance of the Non-Conformance records and associated status reports
  • Generation of SHEQ Management Review slide packs
  • Maintenance of the Industry Accreditation records and monitor certified status
  • Monitoring of the Group IMS documentation re status
  • Collation of records to facilitate insurance claim management
Skills and Experience

  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Experience in an administration role is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) ideally with user experience of SharePoint or similar
  • Strong analytical skills
