We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Pete's Dragons Retail Team in the heart of Exmouth.

Reporting to the shop manager, our Sale Assistant will work alongside the management team and volunteers to drive shop performance.

As a Sales Assistant you will be involved in all aspects of a customer focussed role such as:

Ensuring highest standard of customer service
Achieving maximum sales
Assisting in all store operating procedures such as sorting donations, stock rotation, deliveries, merchandising, pricing, and shopfloor replenishment
Working on E-Commerce to maximise online sales.

As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for the store when there isn't a manager on duty, and this may involve lone working.

Therefore, applicants must be 18+ years old.

This position is for up to 30 hours a week on a rota basis which will include some regular weekend and bank holiday working.

Whilst previous experience in retail is not essential, the desire to achieve the absolute best in customer service is.

You will have the ability to work collaboratively with others and be comfortable guiding the activity of volunteer team members.

Retail Therapy is our first charity retail outlet, opened in 2019 to raise vital funds for Pete's Dragons. Pete's Dragons is an award-winning charity which provides postvention support to those affected by suicide.

Our Retail Therapy shop is an integral part of raising funds, we are more ambitious and determined than ever to reduce suicide in Devon and support those left behind.
