Management Accountant - Liverpool - £35k - £40k per annum plus company benefits and bonus

Our client is an extremely well established company based in Liverpool; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruitment for an experienced Management Accountant.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

Preparation of Company Accounts in Sage 200 Accounting software.
Responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Payables functions of the business.
Maintain company ledgers in a timely manner
Management of Company Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet through relevant reconciliations and journal postings to meet month end timetable.
Completion of company VAT submissions.
Assist the Associate Finance Director with annual budgets and reforecasts to meet the needs of the business.
Oversee a team of 3 Finance Assistants, alongside the Associate Finance Director to ensure that all work is completed, and team are supported with queries.

Previous experience within a similar role
Able to operate in a fast paced environment
Be approachable with excellent communication skills
Possess a "can do" attitude

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexible regarding start and finish times)
