Graduate Events Assistant - East Sussex - ASAP Starts - £20K and a competitive bonus


This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate who is keen to start their career in events to join an exciting, fast-paced environment.

You will get the opportunity to work across their variety of brands and events which take place across America, Germany, Brazil, London, and Singapore

Variety: Splitting your time across the different events, getting involved in sourcing venues, liaising with speakers, setting up virtual events platforms, and visiting the event on the day

Client-facing:They work with some big-names in their industries, and you will have to opportunity to be the point-of-contact for their clients on each of the events

Training: Learn the ropes from the supportive team around you, with regular training sessions and opportunities for external training days

Progression: Gain more and more responsibility as you work your way up, eventually managing your own events

Travel: You get the opportunity to travel to many of their international events assisting with on the day tasks - how does a trip to North America and Europe sound?


Requirements:


  • Any transferable experience in, or exposure to events logistics, events management, events marketing, or events admin would be a bonus but is not essential as they will train you in what you need to know
