Garden Maintenance Team Leader

Sands End, Greater London

£33,000 - £37,000 - Depending on Experience

Role Details:

  • Manage an assigned vehicle, garden portfolio, & Garden Maintenance Operative
  • Maintain clients' gardens to high standards
  • Complete maintenance tasks as required
  • Take care of equipment and report any issues to the Supervisor
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships
  • Record timesheets on relevant platforms

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in high-end residential Garden Maintenance/Soft Landscaping
  • Understanding of garden maintenance operations and horticulture
  • Basic First Aid certification or higher
  • Preferred: RHS Level 2 certification or equivalent
  • Preferred: PA1 & PA6 Spraying certificates
  • Preferred: Horticulture qualification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Physically fit for demanding tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
