Description

MAX Eyewear, a optical wholesaler based in South West London and supplying to over 70 countries, is hiring a dedicated individual for a warehouse-focused role that also includes some admin-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently picking and packing orders for global delivery.
Regularly restocking inventory and maintaining orderly stock levels.
Handling inventory from suppliers, along with reporting returns, damages, or missing items.
Performing occasional administrative duties and computer tasks, such as data entry and record management using our fulfilment systems.
Updating stock levels in Shopify store.
Attending to phone orders and queries.
Warehouse experience preferred.
Highly organised and able to thrive in a fastpaced setting.
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
IT literacy and a readiness to learn system operations.

Details:

Hours: 08:3017:00, Monday to Friday.
This is a permanent position, available for immediate start.
