COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITORWindsor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and driven Company Commercial Solicitor to join a well established law firms commercial team.

As a senior solicitor you will work with the other Partners to grow the practice offering services to a diverseclientele including start-ups, SMEs, charities and UK subsidiaries of multi-national companies.


The role will involve the following:

  • You will develop a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Provide astute business advice and guidance on issues ranging from commercial contracts through to transactional corporate matters, such as joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions, EMI schemes, corporate restructuring and constitutionaland shareholder issues.
  • Advising on related tax matters
  • Drafting & reviewing shareholders and partnership agreements.
  • Complying with companies house formalities.
  • Participate in business generation activities including identifying and attending appropriate networking opportunities.

Requirements:


  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least between 3 to 6+ Years PQE.
  • Evidence of handling a broad range of corporate/ commercial work including commercial contracts, corporate restricting and M & A.
  • Strong practical knowledge of company law.
