Purpose of the Role
This is a key role within Revenue Management working closely with the Inventory and Pricing teams.

This role facilitates the delivery of contribution targets through robust planning activities including the co-ordination of schedule changes, ensuring the delivery and quality of our best practices and processes and delivery of key tools supporting analysts complete their tasks.

This is a 12-month secondment.


Key Accountabilities

  • Leads best practice activity (including training, conformance and Revenue Management effectiveness)
  • Coordinate and drive seasonal schedule and planning activities on behalf of Revenue Management
  • Leads coordination of network Mail and Courier requirements with Sales colleagues and support Inventory set up
  • Champion Salesforce process and usage within Revenue Management
  • Provide project support to Operational and Opco projects requiring Revenue Management input
  • Performance manage a team of Route Administrators providing coaching, expertise and guidance to deliver against target
