Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department by performing various accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Utilise accounting software such as Sage
- Support the team in reconciling bank statements
- Handle inquiries from vendors and clients regarding payments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage
- Strong understanding of financial services and principles
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with financial reporting procedures
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Working towards AAT qualification preferred
Job Type:
Part-time

£12.00-£15.00 per hour
