We are looking for a property leasing and sales assistant to provide maternity cover, with both full time and part time considered.

The role is based in our Stonehaven Office and shall include:

  • Dealing with enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and outside contractors and organising work to be carried out to leased properties. Keeping file notes and diarising inspections, dealing with leasing endings, gas safety and other checks etc for leased properties.
  • Submitting lease and sale properties to websites and advertising inhouse.
  • Carrying out and recording inspections and viewings on lease and sale properties.
  • Taking particulars of lease and sale properties and typing up schedules.
  • Making follow up calls to viewers and providing client feedback.
  • Taking, checking and chasing notes of interest and setting closing dates.
  • Negotiating offers and liaising with agents.
  • Property valuations, visiting properties and meeting with clients.
  • Processing rents and taking payments from customers. Dealing with petty cash.
  • Reception duties
The role will include other reasonable duties and cover as required by the office.

  • Must be organised and able to work on own initiative.
  • Must be articulate and proficient with attention to detail.
  • Must have full and clear driving licence.
