Our Client who is based in Lancashire is looking to appoint a Conveyancers to join their Residential Property Department in Bolton.

This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a caseload of sales and purchase, residential property from initiation to completion.

The role would include acknowledging and dealing with estate agents memorandumof sales, drafting contracts on sale transactions, dealing with pre-contract enquiries raised by buyers solicitors on sale transactions and Co-ordinating exchange of contracts once a file is signed off, to name a few.

The salary on offer is competitive and dependant upon your experience but ranges from £30,000-£40,000 and the firm can offer remote working.
