Intervl are working with a well known BMS (Building Management Systems) consultancy whose project management team is helping companies achieve their net-zero goals by delivering state-of-the-art intelligent buildings.


Responsibilties:

  • Support the implementation of energy and sustainability initiatives.
  • Track, document and report project progress against deadlines and finances, ensuring information is accurate and uptodate.
  • Perform energy & sustainability assessments both onsite and remote
- identify sustainability roadmaps and strategies to achieve Net Zero

  • Support team development by mentoring and training junior members.
  • Liaise between engineering, onsite technical, and other project teams.
  • Point of contact for all project related communication, including escalations.

Requirements:


  • Carbon footprint reporting experience
  • Energy efficiency, and sustainability experience
  • Familiar with sustainability principles and frameworks such as UNGC, CDP, GRI, SASB, TCFD
  • Develop business pitch proposal, consultancy reports.
  • An effective communicator.
  • Happy to trvale in the EMEA region as and when required.

Remuneration:
Salary (as stated) + yearly performance bonus (15%)
