Responsibilities:


  • Create a warm and engaging learning environment for early years children.
  • Plan and deliver ageappropriate activities that promote holistic development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing tailored support when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Early Years curriculum.

Requirements:


  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • EYTS (Early Years Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience working with early years children.
  • Passion for creating a stimulating and safe learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
