Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
Set demo session with the potential customer to convert
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
Account Management of high-volume accounts
Promotional mail campaigns - targeted to business needs
Upsell opportunities across training course portfolio
Cross sell opportunities across group
Support for bookings coordination to engage new clients and onboarding


Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Proven success in a sales or KPI driven customer service role
  • Confident negotiator with strong closing skills
  • Strong client / account management skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Capable of hands on problemsolving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
  • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility
