Description
We are a property developer based in Rossendale specialising in the conversion of residential properties into first-class HMOs.

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Sales & admin person to provide general support to the sales team, duties include, but not limited to:

  • Sales calls to warm leads and converting them to deals.
- handling incoming calls/enquiries from clients;
- updating and issuing daily reports/updates to the management team;
- day-to-day admin tasks as required.

  • Finding properties for sale that fit the correct criteria
Applicants must have some sales experience. You must also be competent in using Microsoft Office products, with particular emphasis on Excel.


Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential, as are organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; an excellent telephone manner is a must as you'll be the first point of contact into the business.

This is a full-time position with immediate start - working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; with one hour for lunch

Salary :
up to £25,000, depending on experience
