The post holder will be practicing under supervision as a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (tACP) within their designated directorate in order to provide patient-centered quality care.

The post holder will be practicing under supervision as a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (tACP) within their designated directorate in order to provide patient-centered quality care.

The role will encompass the skills of assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment within an agreed scope of practice.

The post holder will (under supervision of a senior clinician), assist in the safe assessment, treatment referral and discharge of patients in their designated directorate.

This post will also support the frailty virtual ward national programme
