We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic individual to support the rapid growth of our online Home Tester Club community throughout Europe and around the world.


Home Tester Club is a technology platform that allows consumers to rate, review and try products from leading FMCG companies and then amplifies that consumer feedback in a variety of ways.

It is a truly global platform in the ratings and review space with over 3.4 million members globally.


You will work as part of a small, high-performing team to help coordinate marketing and research campaigns developed by some of the world's best-known consumer brands, as well as regularly engaging with our online community of members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all aspects of marketing campaigns with a high degree of effectiveness
  • Liaise with our wide scope of clients throughout campaign process, ensuring key objectives are understood, timelines are met and KPIs are achieved
  • Confidently lead kickoff meetings with clients to discuss project goals and objectives, align on the feasibility of asks, and provide best practice advice to ensure goals are achieved and surpassed
  • Designing project assets, such as questionnaires and flyers, to hypertarget members for campaigns and ensure clear instructions are provided to Home Tester Club members
  • Develop comprehensive postproduct test surveys to produce strong ratings and reviews, product insights and/or claims, usergenerated content etc.
  • Work alongside and help foster the partnership between research partners to execute innovative and indepth research campaigns
  • Handle ad hoc client requests and execute complex campaigns
  • Oversee and provide strategic guidance on community management activities, such as monthly newsletters, exclusive product tests, social media schedules etc.
  • Liaise with sales team regularly to ensure alignment on client objectives and excellence in execution
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers for campaign needs such as printing, fulfillment, and distribution
  • Manage social engagement with Home Tester Club members via direct communication (EDMs) and social media while upholding brand tone and member expectations
  • General website administration and identifying and rectifying any website glitches or areas for improvement

Our Qualifications and Experience Wishlist

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom to be considered
  • 12 years experience in marketing, project management, or client servicing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in highpressure situations
  • Ability and report on daily marketing and projects activities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a high degree of effectiveness
  • Initiative, drive, common sense, creative flair and flexibility are essential
  • Positive, solutionfocused attitude and a good team player

And the nice to have

  • Experience in community management and growth
  • Experience with graphic design using Canva or other design platforms
  • Multilingual is an asset (please indicate below if you fluently speak any languages besides English)
