Description

We are looking for a flexible, dedicated, enthusiastic and committed part-time receptionist to work with our experienced team.

Previous NHS or other experience within a primary care facility and the use of the clinical system TPP SystmOne, would be an advantage but is not essential.

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Answering calls booking appointments, generating prescriptions, general queries, scanning, filing, opening and closing up the practice.

Provide holiday cover for other members of the team as well as sickness cover. These hours could be on any day of the week morning and afternoon/evening

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

Salary:
£9.50-£10.00 per hour
