The Role of Reactive Maintenance

  • Attending to planned and emergency callouts in your area.
  • Accept jobs and plan the route that works best for you and our clients supported by the field manager
  • Deliver a high rate of firsttime fixes there and then.
  • Attend callouts on time within the job deadline
  • Lease with the field manager for when a job requires a specialist.
  • You'll work on commercial sites and residential insurance callouts.

Pay & Benefits
- £16 - £18 per hour paid from when you leave your home to when you return.

  • Higher rate paid for overtime, overtime is available whenever needed.
  • Bonus paid for firsttime fix and response on time.

The type of work

  • Plumbing leaks and issues
  • Basic electrical issues ( Light fittings and sockets)
  • Drain blockages
  • Health and safety issues such as loose flooring
  • Lock changes
  • Door and window repairs

What you'll need to succeed

  • 4 Years of experience with repairs and maintenance
- knowledge of most trade types to best repair issues.

  • Clean driving license
  • A drive to deliver a bestinclass service.
  • Basic hand tools
  • Willingness to travel. There will be a lot of travel including to London.

Pay:
From £26,000.00 per year
