We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our beautiful care home in Hythe.You will be a vital part of the team providing the home with support to ensure the smooth running of our lovely home.
To be successful in this post you will need to be able to:
- Build monthly staff rotas
- Support the home manager in all aspects of administration
- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families and staff
- Complete pre employment checks and payroll for homebased staff
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude both over the telephone and in person
If you are a warm and empathetic person and passionate about making a difference to the lives of our residents then you may be the person we are looking for.
You will need the following skills and qualities:
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Be confident in using programmes such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Have a strong interest in working in elderly care services and a desire to make a difference
