PROPERTY CONSULTANT (PART-TIME)

We are a well-established and successful local Letting Agent seeking an experienced, motivated and driven Part-Time Property Consultant.


Responsibilities:

Conducting viewings with potential tenants,

Conducting property inspections and creating inventory reports,

Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth tenancy management and excellent client service,

Assisting with general office administration and other ad hoc duties,


Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential,

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills,

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills,

Be self motivated and able to work independently,

Hold a valid driving licence and your own vehicle as this is essential for this role,

The salary range (£12-£14ph) is negotiable and the position is for 18-20 hours per week.
