ARG Healthcare is a GP surgery. We consist of one main surgery and two branch surgeries.

Job Overview

Duties

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments for patients.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with referrals and Admin tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent desireable.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMIS Systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From £22,308.00 per year
