THE COMPANY:

My client is a family run luxury property company who do things differently and are not corporate at all.

They provide a very personalised approach and celebrate their amazing properties.

Instagram is their most successful channel and they're looking for someone to take ownership of running it as well as other social platforms.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy as well as creating all written brand content.

This is a highly creative role for someone who is passionate about having an impact on brand growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Day to day running of Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to increase engagement, followers and leads including:
community management

- scheduling all posts across platforms including paid social advertising
- managing influencer and partner relationships, content and engagement

Developing and implementing the content and social media strategy including:
writing impactful property descriptions for the website and property portals

- managing freelancers to produce editorial copy
- creation of other purposeful content across channels
- using socials as a tool to push out omni-channel campaigns

Auditing and analysing social media presence including digital advertising costs and ROI

YOU:

- passionate about social media
- experience working with influencer accounts would be preferable
- experience in the architecture, interior design or luxury sectors would be ideal
- strong copywriting and asset creation (with the help of a graphic designer)
- strategic mindset
- strong stakeholder management skills
