HR Manager (Hybrid) // £55,000 - £60,000 Pro Rata // Cardiff // 3 Month FTC //

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee the recruitment and selection process
Manage employee relations and performance management processes
Provide guidance and support on employee benefits and compensation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage HR data and maintain accurate employee records
Facilitate training and development initiatives
Partner with the management team to drive business performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
