The Yorkshire County Cricket Club (YCCC) is a members' club established 160 years ago and is renowned throughout the world.

The Club owns one of the premier international cricket venues in the world and has hosted some of the most iconic matches in the history of cricket.

Our remit covers men and women's recreational as well as premier league cricket across the county.


This is a critical and exciting time to take up the position of Chair of the Yorkshire County Cricket Club, one of the world's most famous and successful cricket clubs.

Building on a significant and demonstrable progress of the last year, we seek an ambitious, determined, and talented Chair who will drive the Club forward, putting Cricket at the forefront, and continuing the transformational change to ensure it remains an inclusive, progressive organisation which is underpinned by sound commercial and financial strength.


Working in close collaboration with our Chief Executive Officer and the Board, the Chair will play an invaluable role in developing and executing our strategy, ensuring a strong commercial and financial footing, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving the game forward in a way that informs best practice.
