Tennants Distribution Ltd is a leading independent distributor of chemicals based in the UK.

We are a subsidiary company of Tennants Consolidated Ltd and our origins go back to the late 1700's when the company was founded in Glasgow, Scotland.

Today we are distributors for some of the world's major chemical companies stocking over 2500 products in various packaging sizes and in many cases, we are able to offer product in intermediate bulk containers (IBC's) and bulk road tanker quantities

We are currently looking for an AdBlue Production Assistant to join our Manchester depot. You will be professional and safety conscious in your outlook, with a helpful and productive attitude.

This role reports to the AdBlue production supervisor.


General Duties

  • Responsible for the daytoday operation of AdBlue production
  • Adhere to the production schedule to ensure ontime deliveries
  • Follow all relevant processes, job instructions and procedures
  • Support the operations team with filling activities
  • Loading and unloading lorries using forklift truck
  • Perform product quality testing at intermediate stages of the production process
  • Checking for damaged or missing items and reporting to manager
  • Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse will also be part of the daily routine.

Requirements:


  • Counterbalance Forklift truck licence
  • Clear communication skills
  • Team player

Desirables
- experience in chemical industry
