    Safran Helicopter Engines are the world's leading manufacturer of rotorcraft turbines, dedicated exclusively to this market.

    Main Activities:

    • Provide communication link between customer and business.
    • Capture, understand, and communicate customer requirements effectively.
    • Ensure timely response from business, meeting On Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction targets.
    • Act as commercial interface for day-to-day commercial activity associated with New Production and MRO business.
    • Meet customer satisfaction and internal sales targets.
    • Ensure products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness authorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met.
    • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders within Safran HE.
    • Collaborate with teams to provide technical expertise and broader support in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing markets.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent attention to detail and good English language skills.
    • Self-motivated individual able to manage time and tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Friendly, hardworking attitude with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • IT literacy, proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Benefits:

    • Flexitime scheme allowing accrual up to contractual hours.
    • Option to leave from 12:30 on Friday (role-dependent).
