RSK Group Ltd, is a geotechnical and geo-environmental site investigation company with offices covering the majority of the United Kingdom. We are looking for an office-based
Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Coventry, UK. The vacancy is to assist in the day-to-day entry and processing of data from our ground investigation sites. This is a
full time role, working
37.5 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

• Input of data into bespoke software packages;
• Input of data into Microsoft Office packages;
• Telephone answering;
• Filing;
• Office support to our sitebased operatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least GCSE Maths and English to Grade A to C or equivalent
• Good software skills and experience, particularly with:
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS Outlook
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Good time keeping
