Monday - Friday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm

- £ £11.44 per hour

Join our client, a leading injection moulding company, as we expand our team We are currently seeking Production Operatives to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Operate injection moulding machines to manufacture plastic components in accordance with specifications.
Monitor machine operations, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
Conduct visual inspections of parts to ensure adherence to quality criteria.
Address equipment and process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Assist with mould changes, material handling, and other production tasks as required.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

About You:

Previous experience in injection moulding or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and thrive in a manufacturing environment.
Strong problemsolving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Attention to detail and dedication to producing highquality work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
