Based in Exchange Station, the Business Support team provides a high quality service to users of the Student Information System and CRM by supporting and developing the systems' functionality, and enabling the further development of the systems aligned to Academic Registry strategic objectives.


We are now looking for a Business Support Officer to provide a quality service to users of the Student Information Systems, CRM and the Apprenticeship Learner Management System by supporting and developing the systems' functionality and enabling the further exploitation of the systems key features.

The team support the work of the Academic Registry in the management and delivery of training (group and one to one), the creation, maintenance and publishing of user documentation, with particular emphasis on the delivery of a high quality support service.


You will have substantial experience of working effectively in a team within a University setting and experience of using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

There is a consistent requirement to undertake the development of our systems, in order to maximise the efficiency whilst meeting the current and future business needs of users.
