Purfleet Commercials Ltd specialises in the repair and maintenance of MAN commercial vehicles with depots located throughout Essex, North London and Kent.
We are currently looking to recruit a
Trainee Service Administrator to join our busy Service Department team located at our
Maidstone site.
Main Purpose of Job
- Working as part of the administration team: to undertake all administrative and other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office, a high level of customer services and excellent support for all dealership staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing routine administrative tasks including submission of claims on the MAN / RTUK systems and customer specific portals.
- Raising of cash sale and retail invoices.
- Obtaining closing order numbers.
- Ensuring all documentation is correctly processed
- The operation of standard office equipment
- Ensuring that all customer's (internal and external) receive an excellent service from the Service Admin team
- Assisting the other members of the Service Admin team when needed
- Other adhoc tasks and projects as required ensuring the smooth running of the dealership
Reporting to Service Administration manager and working closely with other departmental managers, administration and workshop staff, reception, manufacturers' representatives and customers.
