Great news We have a fantastic opportunity for Front of House Coordinator to join our Administration Team.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of all front of house duties and responsibilities, including ensuring the smooth running of all customer facing areas, greeting and facilitating all visitors and assisting the Office Manager.

You will need to guarantee a professional impression of the company as the first point of contact for all visitors, customers and colleagues.

Your Future:
What will I be doing?

  • Deliver an outstanding visitor experience, by meeting and greeting visitors and customers, setting up meeting areas (including all IT requirements), escorting guests to relevant areas, and providing hospitality where required.
  • Be responsible for the coordination of all meeting rooms, including setting up of meetings and ensuring equipment is available and accessible for all. Checking meeting rooms regularly to ensure they are clean tidy and that all equipment is in place and ready for the next meeting (e.g. replenish crockery/move trolleys of food to and from meeting rooms).
  • Managing compliance of the H & S Visitor and Contractor procedure.
  • Managing the post room including incoming and outgoing post, parcels and courier services.
  • Arranging travel including international flights, trains, hotels and car hire.
  • Raising Purchase Orders using the SAP system.

Your Strengths:
What skills do I need to succeed?

  • Previous front of house and administration experience
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Drive / Self Motivation / Proactive / "Can Do" mentality
  • Desire to take "Responsibility and Ownership"
  • Excellent communication skills


The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and the working hours for this role 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hours lunch (37.5 hours per week).

You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
