Portico are currently recruiting for an organised and customer focused Welcome Host (Guest Experience Host), for a well-known institution in the West End.

The institution offers business executives the opportunity to purchase a membership and in doing so enjoy the many benefits that they have to offer.

This includes a place to work, meet, host clients, and network, as well as enjoying training sessions and seminars.

The role of a Guest Experience Host will focus on making sure that everyone visiting this iconic location receives a friendly and attentive welcome.

The main duties include meet & greet, site show arounds & inductions, meeting room management, providing assistance to VIP clientele & facilitating onsite events, training sessions & seminars.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday

Salary:
£29,700

Qualifications
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a corporate setting.
